Shipping policy

on full payment, an order will be produced with us and will be processed the following working day. We aim to send out standard orders between 5-7 working days. Any Bespoke orders we aim to send between 7-14 working days. For larger orders then please message us for a quote on a timescale for the products to be shipped.

Although we give these timescales for shipping, we aim to complete and ship them as early as possible while maintaining a high-quality finish on the items ordered.

In busy periods the shipping times could be extended. In the unlikely occasion this happens we will keep you informed at the earliest opportunity and will apologise for any inconvenience caused.
